Assisted Living in The Annexe/ The Cloisters
The Annexe and The Cloisters provide assisted living to those who need help with daily living, including medical care. In addition to what is provided through residential living, a carer comes alongside the older adult to assist them on a regular basis offering support and relief..
Each unit consists of a bedroom/living room that opens onto a small north-facing verandah, and a kitchenette with counter space for a kettle, microwave and toaster. The bathroom has a shower with rails and handles for safety. The back door of the rooms opens into a covered corridor.A monthly levy covers the costs of these services.
Residents pay their own electricity, telephone and Wi-Fi accounts as well as medical or any other charges incurred by Mowana.

At Greendale Care Centre you are invited to make your space your home, you can personalise your room and bring your creature comforts. The gardens and lounges are great spaces in which to enjoy nature and community. We encourage you to pursue your interests, have family and friends to visit and go on outings. We tailor programmes and activities according to each person's interests to help promote their independence and support their physical and cognitive abilities while enjoying their passions and hobbies.
With a nursing team around the clock, 24/7 in-room camera monitoring and on-site security, you can relax knowing you are in good hands no matter the kind or level of support you need. Our catering team ensures all your meals are tasty but nutritionally balanced.
The monthly rental for our fully supported living is R20 200 for a single room and R18 470 each for a double room sharing.
