Independent Living
Do you relish your independence but want the reassurance of being part of the Mowana family? Then our gated villages are ideal. By joining one of these villages, you continue to live independently, in your own home but can connect with peers and enjoy the communal facilities and activities.
In Independent Living at Woodgrove Village on a Life Rights Basis
25 Conifer Drive - This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (one en-suite), free-standing home offers stunning views over the village and tranquil gardens. It has an open-plan lounge and dining room, a separate study, and a modern kitchen. The verandah opens onto the conservancy. There is a double garage and a spacious courtyard.

In Residential Living at Sunnyside Village on a Rental Basis
Azalea - Residential living in Azalea includes a single room, 3 full meals a day, laundry service, the cleaning of communal areas, access to transport and self-catering amenities.

Hydrangea - Residential living in Hydrangea includes a single room, a substantial midday meal, laundry service, the cleaning of communal areas, access to transport and self-catering amenities.

Assisted Living
When residents need help with daily living, including medical care, assisted living is great. In addition to what is provided through residential living, a carer comes alongside the older adult to assist them offering support and relief.

In Assisted Living at Villa Assumpta Village on a Rental Basis
Villa Assumpta - We have one assisted living room available. We reduce the stress and strain of day-to-day decision-making with full catering, laundry, and cleaning services.
Rental: R16 200 per month.
Fully Supported Living including Memory Care
We offer a full range of support (physical, psychological and social). Here, residents are invited to make the space their home, personalise the room and add creature comforts. The gardens and lounges are great spaces in which to enjoy nature and community. We encourage residents to pursue interests, have family and friends to visit and go on outings. We tailor programmes and activities according to each person's interests to help promote their independence and support their physical and cognitive abilities while enjoying their passions and hobbies.
With a nursing team around the clock, 24/7 in-room camera monitoring and on-site security, you can relax knowing that you have access to the kind or level of support needed. Our catering team ensures all meals are tasty but nutritionally balanced.
Wherever possible, we encourage the resident, with our support, to improve their mobility as this can reduce the need for some medications and painkillers.
Memory care is specialised care for people living with the challenges of Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. Family members can relax, reassured that their loved one is in good hands. Our depth of knowledge, experience, and understanding ensures we offer seamless care to this vulnerable and valuable community.

Sunnyside - We have five single rooms available in fully supported living at Sunnyside Village at different pricing points; from single rooms with en-suite bathrooms to shared facilities.
Rental: starts from R12 268 per month.
Fully Supported Living at Greendale Care Centre on a Rental Basis
The monthly rental for our fully supported living is R20 200 for a single room and R18 470 each for a double room sharing.
